In the neighbourhood of Sant-Gervasi Bonanova, near the  Abat Oliba University, there are not a lot of trendy coffee shops. However, ‘On y va coffee’ is a nice café on the corner of Carrer de la Ciutat de Balaguer and Carrer del Bisbe Sivilla. It looks trendy from the outside, because of the writing on the windows. You can get a coffee on the go at their takeaway station, or you can come inside and sit down.

At ‘On y va coffee’ you can do (school)work with your laptop, accompanied by a delicious coffee and a tasty cookie. Not only do they sell a few healthy homemade cookies and cakes, they also sell cookies supplied by the widely known bakery in El Born: ‘Demasié’ (scroll down to subheading ‘afternoon snack’ for more information about this bakery). However, you should not expect much food here, the real purpose is to come here for a coffee. What’s on the counter is what’s there, they don’t have a menu. Besides that, they sell their own coffee brand for making a coffee at home. The café has a bicycle theme. There are signed cyclists jerseys for decoration and you can even buy jerseys for yourself.
